About Lyntics

Lyntics is a Munich-based SaaS startup founded in 2021, dedicated to transforming companies' vast data resources into tangible business value. The company focuses on democratizing data knowledge within organizations. As a pioneer in data literacy, Lyntics has developed the world's first Data Literacy Platform. This AI-driven tool empowers employees to gain a comprehensive understanding of existing data knowledge and extract the underlying insights. 

The Goal

In March 2022, Lyntics commissioned Contegy as a sparring partner for marketing. As a small company with a one-woman marketing department, there was a significant need for external support in both strategic and conceptual areas, as well as in operational implementation.

The aim of the collaboration is to build the Lyntics brand, simplify the complex topic of "data literacy," and effectively position the product along with its added value to potential customers. Since then, we have focused on expanding marketing communication to establish Lyntics as a category leader in the field of data literacy.

The Project: Increasing Visibility, Demonstrating Expertise

Contegy has been supporting Lyntics as a full-service agency since March 2022. We advise and assist Lyntics in the ongoing development of its content strategy, design campaigns and advertising measures, and produce content in all formats across various channels.

The team works closely with Rebecca Balzer, Head of Marketing. Through joint creative sessions and regular check-ins, the long-term strategy is translated into concrete measures with measurable results.

Communication occurs almost exclusively via a shared Slack channel and the online tool Notion. All concepts, tasks, and approval processes are transparently stored there and can be edited by everyone involved in the project.

Strategic Consulting:
The foundation for targeted communication

  • Strategy Workshop: At the beginning of the collaboration in April 2021, a joint session was conducted with Andreas Klötzel, CEO of Lyntics, to refine the positioning of Lyntics. The outcome of this workshop was a foundational document for all communication, containing a concrete value proposition and clearly formulated core messages based on the established USPs.

  • Content Strategy: Contegy developed a content strategy with the clear objective of increasing awareness of the Lyntics brand, promoting understanding of data literacy, and effectively communicating the added value of the software solution.

  • Roadmap and Editorial Plan: Building on the content strategy, Contegy created a 12-month roadmap detailing specific campaigns and measures. Additionally, a collaborative editorial plan was implemented using the Notion online tool, which facilitates content planning, task coordination, and approval processes.

  • Full Service: Contegy supports Lyntics in the operational implementation of all marketing and communication projects. Collaborating with creative experts from the Contegy crew — ranging from graphic design and copywriting to motion design — numerous interdisciplinary projects have already been successfully executed. Contegy has consistently taken charge of project coordination.

  • Explanatory Video: In June 2022, an explanatory video was produced to simplify the understanding of Lyntics' complex product. Contegy was responsible for the entire concept, crafting the script and storyboard, and coordinating the implementation alongside motion designers.

  • Graphic Design: Over several months, Contegy collaborated with a designer from the Contegy crew to continuously refine Lyntics' corporate design. This included creating new templates for Lyntics' social media presence, developing two-pagers for sales staff, designing advertising material for trade fair appearances, and producing a comprehensive white paper.

Digital Communication:
Content Creation and Campaign Development

  • Blog: Contegy collaborates with an experienced copywriter to produce a monthly blog post in English on topics related to data literacy.

  • LinkedIn Presence: Contegy manages Lyntics' entire LinkedIn presence, which includes weekly content creation and posting in English, community management, and the monitoring and reporting of activities. Content is planned, created, and published in alignment with the established editorial plan. 

  • Campaign Development: At the end of 2022, Contegy developed a comprehensive white paper on the topic of “Data Literacy.” This included conducting research, thematic preparation, and handling the entire layout. The white paper was promoted through various channels using both organic and paid campaigns, effectively serving to generate leads.

Successes
